Volunteer Coach Information
To be eligible for Section and Area Invitational Tournaments you will need to complete CDC Concussion and Safe Haven training for the current season. The Concussion course complements the Safe Haven course because the CDC has helped us set up a course in understanding and being aware of concussion's in youth sports. In order to do these courses online and get the credit you will need your Volunteer ID to log into the site.
Volunteer Training's:
Intermediate Coach Courses: TBA
This is an eight hour day course. Volunteers must attend the whole course to get credit. Lunch will be provided to all who attend. Please register with AYSOU for the course. You will need to have completed 12U certification and the online pre-course to attend this course.
Advance Coach Course: TBA
This is an eight hour course. Volunteers must attend the whole course to get credit. Lunch will be provided for all who attend. Please register with
AYSOU for the course. You will need to have completed Intermediate certification and the online pre-course to attend this course.
Coach Instructor Course: TBA
This course is for the coaches who want to give back to their regions by becoming a Coach Instructor. It is a two day course must attend both day s to become an instructor. Friday night from 6pm to 9pm and Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
Regional Coach Courses U6/8/10/12: TBA
This is a one day set of courses that are put on by the Regions in our area. You can ONLY attend one course on this day to receive certification.
